"Hi, I'm Sandy McGovern, owner and candle maker behind Sanbox Candle Co—this is NOT your average candle company. What started as a hobby in my Tacoma kitchen has become my passion. I hand-pour each candle in small batches using 464 soy wax and premium fragrances—100% paraben-free, non-GMO, phthalate-free, and Prop 65 compliant. Every candle is made with care and intention to help you create moments that feel like home.
